Dancer Arrival at Venue:

Show 1 - Dancers arrive at 5:00. Group warm-up 5:10-5:30. 

Show 2 - Doors open at 10:00. Group warm-up 10:10-10:30.

Show 3 - Dancers return by 2:30.

Our youngest dancers arrive 30m before showtime.

Ticket Sales:

• Ticket sales begin Monday, April 13. 
• Tickets can be purchased at the front desk Mon-Thurs 4:00-8:00pm.
• Tickets will also be sold one hour before each performance.
• Tickets can be paid with cash or card. Ticket sales will not be charged to your StudioPro account. 

Free Tickets:

Accounts with a $0 balance will receive 2 free tickets. (Deadline: Thursday, May 7)

Parent volunteers will receive complementary tickets.

Dress Rehearsals will be held Monday-Thursday May 11-14 at The Dance Company Conservatory. 

Please arrive at least 10 minutes early with your costume, tights, shoes and hair ready. Hair for all routines is a slick low bun with a middle-part.

All dancers are encouraged to learn our fun and easy Finale routine. You can join us Monday and/or Wednesday from 6:00-7:00. 

• What do I wear on stage for Finale? ANYTHING! Dancers can wear their last costume or their Dance Company attire. 

We're excited to announce our upcoming Dance Picture Day on Sunday, April 26th at the Dance Company Conservatory with O'Hare Photography! This year, we're offering a special opportunity for parents to pre-register and guarantee their child's spot, ensuring a smoother experience for everyone. Register prior to April 20th to secure your spot (picture schedule will be released by April 22nd).

How It Works:

• Sign Up & Pay Ahead: Parents will register their child and pay in advance for their photo session.
• Pre-scheduled Time Slots: Once registration is complete, you'll receive a scheduled time for your dancer's photo session.
• No Waiting, Just Smiles!: With everyone pre-registered, we'll move through the sessions smoothly and quickly, so your dancer spends less time waiting and more time smiling!
• More Poses: Dancers will have more options for poses during their session!

Pricing Options:

• Pirouette Package: $35 (Included 1 digital)
• Grand Jete Package: $85 (includes 3 digital images)
• Encore Package: $125 (includes 5 digital images)
• Buddy pictures (2-5 dancers) can be added for $10 per dancer. 
• Additional digitals, prints and products will be available for purchase after the session as well. 

Multiple Routines or Costumes:

If your dancer has more than one routine or costume, please let us know in advance! We offer the following options:

• 1 Outfit: Included in all packages
• Additional Outfit Changes: $15 per additional routine/costume. (This includes an additional 10-minute session to capture each look.)

Dressing Rooms/Backstage

• Parents should not enter the dressing rooms or backstage during the show while dancers are performing on stage. 
• Dancers should be picked up from the dressing room at either intermission or end of show. We do not release dancers while the show is in progress.
• No camera use is permitted in any dressing room space. 
• Only water and mess-free snacks are allowed in the dressing room. Water bottles should be labeled with your name. 

Audience 

• Taking photos and videos is prohibited. It is a distraction to both the dancers and other audience members. 
• Please remain seated while dancers are performing on stage. 
• Please show your enthusiasm as dancers enter and exit the stage. Every one of our dancers has worked incredibly hard to make it to stage.
